The Process
1. Choose Your Repair
Browse our repairs and select the repair that's right for your footwear. Choose from; Hiking Boot Repairs, Shoe Repairs, Trainer Repairs, Designer Repairs, Vibram Sole Replacements and more.
2. Place Your Order
Purchase your repair online and complete checkout. Once your order is confirmed, print the return form shown on screen and place it inside your parcel so we can identify your order and match it to your details. No printer? No worries! Simply write down your order details and place them in your parcel.
3. Send Us Your Footwear
Package your footwear securely and send it to our Bangor workshop using your preferred courier, arranged and paid for by you. At checkout, choose either Standard 48 Hour Return (not insured) or Express 24 Hour Return (insured up to £700).
4. Expert Repair and Return
Our experienced craftsmen complete your repair before carefully packaging and returning your footwear ready for many more miles.
